Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.beauty-h-q.co.uk website, booking services, or purchasing products (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Beauty HQ (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.
1. Services Overview
Beauty HQ provides professional beauty and wellness treatments, including aesthetics, nails, and skincare, and sells related cosmetic products.
2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
A. Booking and Confirmation
All appointments must be booked through our official scheduling system. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice via email, SMS, or app notification.
B. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within the notice period will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
- We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any cancellation fees.
C. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without giving prior notice (a “No-Show”), you will be charged a fee of 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for all future bookings.
D. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 miunest late, we reserve the right to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting subsequent clients. In such cases, the full service price may still be charged.
3. Product Sales and Returns
A. Online Orders
We endeavor to display the product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
B. Return Policy
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund with the original receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
C. Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with a service received, you must contact us within 48 hours of the service date to discuss a resolution. We do not offer refunds on services, but we may offer a complimentary fix or adjustment at the manager’s discretion.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beauty HQ and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Beauty HQ.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Beauty HQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
- Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beauty HQ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- Your use and access of the Services;
- A breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
